Please stop by to visit our center! Formerly operated as "TLC," Vicki Oyer and the teachers at our center have earned an outstanding reputation in the Bayside community for excellence in early childhood education and fostering a safe, nurturing, creative and fun learning environment. We offer daycare for children from 6 weeks to pre-K and before- and after-school programs for school age children in first through fifth grade.

The Philosophy of Bayside Learning Center is to provide a safe and secure environment where all children can succeed with excellence. We recognize the uniqueness and potential of each child. Through developmentally appropriate activities, we promote social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. All children, regardless of ethnic background, race, color or religious beliefs, are equal and participate in our non-discriminating environment.
